I offer my clients a professional home inspection which covers more than 1,600 individual home items and areas, and I also offer additional inspection related services as well. These services can be arranged together with a home inspection or separately, and include:

• Pest inspections
• Radon testing
• FHA manufactured home structural foundation inspections

A thorough home inspection will usually take 2-4 hours to complete, and for the inspection findings to be fully documented. Once this is finished, I will print out the inspection report and color pictures at the site, and go over them with the client in detail. I educate my clients on the home operation and maintenance, as well as the home condition, and I give the results with the right perspective so no undue alarm is caused.
